Terms and Conditions:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks and Money Orders (US funds only).  Most personal checks and some business checks may take 5 business days to clear.  Returned checks will be charged a $25 NSF fee, and will be asked to pay with credit card.

For local orders (Houston metro) we will start work on the project once an artwork proof is approved and signed off by customer.  Jobs and artwork not completely confirmed and signed off by the customer may not be completed on schedule and could cause delays if you have a timeframe to meet.  On established accounts only payment may be on terms. 

Texas businesses will be charged an 8.25% sale tax unless you have a valid resellers sale permit and form submitted with your order.

All orders that are placed out of town or state and require UPS shipping are required to be paid in full, in advance.  Refunds are accepted up until the day the artwork/order form is signed off as approved.  Once the order is signed off as approved, no refund will be given except for the reasons mentioned below.

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.  Please note, the color of product may vary in color from one monitor to another, and sizing can vary between manufacturers.  If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please discuss this with us before you place the order.  We can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed. 

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at HoustonPrideWear@yahoo.com  or call us at 281-971-3511 within 3 business days from the day you receive the items and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint or credit.

Out of town orders will be shipped UPS ground.

On some orders, if an order cannot be fulfilled with the ordered garment it will be replaced with an equivalent make and color garment to make sure your job is completed on time.  We will never replace with a lower grade garment.  If this situation happens, we will make several attempts to notify you.
